Set the time, location, budget, and a default meal.
Everyone gets an email invite to pick their own food or get the default meal you selected.
Just look for individually bagged & labeled meals delivered to you!
Additional business-friendly features
Create a quote

You can create a quote for a cart before checking out. Once approved you can reload the cart and complete the order.

  • Add items to cart
  • Go to check out and click on “Save as a Quote”
  • You can enter an email to receive the quote

Once you are ready to move to purchase, you can resume the saved quote by going to My Account/Order History/Quotes.

Attach a PO number to your invoice

During check out, click on “Add Internal Billing Reference” and add your PO number. Your PO number will be attached to the order and will appear in invoices we email to you.

Get an invoice and pay with a PO

Please contact our customer support to establish an account with automatic invoicing to your AP department so you can use a PO.

How do I contact customer service?

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive an email confirmation after your order is placed. Our customer support team will reach out in case any issue arises.

How do I make changes or cancel my order?

You can make changes by going to My Account, Order History and edit/cancel your order.

For same day changes, please contact our customer support by texting us at 415.523.8992.

When will my order arrive?

Our professional delivery team will deliver your order in the half-hour window you requested. You will receive text messages when your order departs for delivery and when our driver arrives at your location.

When will I receive an invoice/receipt?

You will receive an email order confirmation when your order is placed, and you will receive an invoice/receipt at 5PM on the day of delivery.
